How cool is this graffiti wall I found? It’s in an area of Denver called RiNo (short for River North). It’s an Art District along with tons of breweries and new restaurants opening everyday. During the past few years, this area has really transformed and it’s just north of Denver’s downtown area, where I live. I love exploring it!
Since I was wearing a solid deep colored red dress, I knew I wanted to find a vibrant wall to take my pictures. This wall definitely did it for me. After the photo shoot, my friend and I tried an eclectic food venue called Finn’s Manor that wasn’t too far. There are always about four or five food vendors to choose from along with a full bar. We split some pork steamed buns and also the chips and guac. So good!! After dinner we sipped on some sangria at Bar Fausto that was just a few more blocks up. The high ceilings and laid back atmosphere was a perfect end to our evening of exploring.
The dress I’m wearing is another perfect transition item to take from summer nights sipping sangria, to fall days picking apples. This color is a great year-round staple to keep in your closet. Since it’s a simple swing dress, I wanted to really dress it up with some stacked jewelry, my embellished Chanel bag, and lace-up heels. Next up on the agenda with this dress, BOOTS!
