Why is working out in the winter the absolute worst? It could be that we’re depressed the holidays are over or it’s just too cold and the thought of going outside to make it to the gym is daunting. Whatever the reason is, don’t let it stop you! I always use little incentives here and there to get my booty to the gym. One of them is having an awesome playlist or maybe a new episode of a podcast I’ve been saving for a while.
